getfreely.eu is operated by QIBONO LTD, an independent reseller of the Manhattan Aero streaming device bundled with a pre-configured VPN router. We are not affiliated with Freely, Everyone TV, or Manhattan TV. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Hardware sale

When you buy a bundle, you're purchasing physical hardware — a Manhattan Aero 4K streamer and a VPN router we've pre-configured for you. Both devices are yours to keep once your order is delivered. The hardware carries a manufacturer's warranty against defects.

VPN subscription

Each bundle includes a prepaid VPN subscription (3, 6, or 12 months). The subscription starts the day the router first connects to our VPN network. When it runs out, you can renew directly with us. Your Aero keeps working with Netflix, Disney+ and other apps even without an active VPN — only Freely and UK catch-up services require the UK exit node.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hardware. If you're not happy with your bundle, contact us within 30 days of delivery and return the hardware in its original condition for a full refund of the hardware portion of your order.

VPN refund policy

Once your VPN subscription has been activated (i.e. the router has connected to our network at least once), the VPN portion of your order is non-refundable. This is because we provision network resources on your behalf. Hardware refunds are not affected.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our VPN service for any illegal activity. We reserve the right to terminate access if we detect abuse of the network, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or distribution of malicious content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, where QIBONO LTD is registered.
